Where Science Meets Compassion
I offer personalized, evidence-based nutrition support designed to meet people where they are. I focus on realistic, sustainable strategies that support long-term health while honoring each individual’s unique needs, lifestyle, and goals. Let’s get started!
Hi there! I’m Whitney
I’m a registered dietitian who helps people feel confident navigating nutrition.
I began my career in clinical nutrition, working closely with individuals managing complex health conditions. That experience taught me how powerful nutrition education can be when it is practical, compassionate, and tailored to real life. It also showed me how often people are left without clear guidance once they leave the clinic.
Over time, my work become personal. I live with type 1 diabetes and later found myself struggling with PCOS, Hashimoto’s, and increasing insulin needs a few months after having my second baby. My energy was low, my inflammation was high, and I did not feel like myself. In March of 2024, I started a GLP-1 medication and finally began to feel better in my body again.
That experience changed how I practice. I understand firsthand how confusing nutrition can feel on a GLP-1, from managing side effects to eating enough to support your health. Today, I specialize in helping people use these medications safely and sustainably, without fear, extremes, or sacrificing proper nutrition.
My approach is realistic, flexible, and grounded in both science and lived experience. I am here to help you feel supported, nourished, and confident every step of the way.
My approach is simple
I believe my role as a nutrition expert is to give you the information and tools to make smart choices for your unique health goals. This includes reviewing your medical history, dietary needs, lifestyle, available resources and other factors to create a personalized plan.
Because no two people are the same, your nutrition and healthcare needs will also differ. This is why I offer many services to cater to YOU!
