This prescription becomes the foundation for your meal guidance, helping you choose meals that meet your needs while still allowing flexibility for real life.
You’ll have access to dietitian-guided meal ideas, recipes, and grocery planning tools that align with your nutrition needs, appetite, and schedule. This approach supports consistency and sustainability without requiring perfection or constant tracking.
Meal planning support can be used on its own or added alongside nutrition counseling, depending on what level of support you need.
